The clients originally came to me to draw plans for a large ground floor front, side and rear extension which transformed the house into a spacious open plan living dining area with separate study and playroom to accommodate the family’s needs. Two years later we were re instructed to draw up plans for a first floor wrap around extension and loft conversion. What was originally a three bedroom house has been converted into a spacious open plan 6 bedroom home.
