Two neighbours came to us as a joint venture to extend their houses in unison. This meant as semi detached houses they were able to obtain a more substantial planning permission as we would be submitting the applications together. Planning permission was granted for a substantial extension at ground floor, first floor and loft level for both properties through applying in this way. Each house was remodelled differently internally to suite each families individual needs.
