Regency Mews is a 19th century mews that comprised of an L-shaped part three storey part two storey warehouse. Although at one time the property was a thriving business with over 20 employees, in recent times the property had suffered from many years of neglect . We were successful in obtaining change of use planning permission for a new build development of five residential units namely four flats and a two bedroom residential house with associated landscaping.
